Services & Pricing

I provide BMC training, Fitness training and Assisted stretching. Prices are based on time. Most will not post prices, but I honestly do not want to waste anyone’s time. I offer 30 and 60 minute sessions at the Hopewell Valley Facility in Penningto, NJ. I can travel within Mercer county for 60minute sessions. The pricing is the same for any of the 3 services.
